Who we are
Crescent Housing Society is incorporated in British Columbia as a non-profit society.
We would like to acknowledge that we live, work, learn and connect on the shared, unceded traditional territory of the Katzie, Semiahmoo, Kwantlen and other Coast Salish Peoples. And for this, we are grateful.
Our mandate is to provide affordable, safe, quality, independent housing for older adults and people with disabilities. Our apartment complex, comprising of two buildings, is located in beautiful and natural settings adjacent to Crescent Park and two kilometers away from Crescent Beach. In addition to living in well-maintained buildings, residents of Crescent Housing have easy access to rugged beaches, walking paths, picnic areas, benches, tennis courts, libraries, service groups, restaurants, shopping, and public transit.
The complex offers a range of affordable housing options to adults of 55 years and older and people with disabilities who can live independently. The buildings are physically connected so that residents can easily access the entire complex. The North Building offers 110 one-bedroom apartments at market rent. The South Building offers 146 one-bedroom or bachelor suites at below market rates to eligible individuals or couples.

FRAUD ALERT!
As a responsible landlord, Crescent Housing Society would offer the following advice to tenants searching for housing on the internet:
Do not make any payment until you have met in person and have seen the apartment.
Never wire funds (money transfer) - anyone who suggests or insists on this is a scammer.
In BC all rental agreements must be in writing.
In BC security deposits can be a maximum of up to, but not more than 1/2 month rent.
